In 2000 the home was purchased as my home to live in. The home was in such poor shape that the developers and builders in the area were looking at it just for the land. It was originally 768 sq feet of living space on an oversize lot.
The orientation of the house was a perfect setup for all of the additions. First phase was to redesign the interior space for an updated kitchen and bathroom. A year later a two story addition of 2600 sq feet were added to bring it to a four bedroom, three bath with a very spacious master suite. When designing the addition the major focus was to maintain large front and back yard even with an oversize two car garage.
