What started with a love for old houses which turned into a passion for restoration and building new homes to look old. It all began on a 1920s bungalow in the Heights in Houston Texas.  Although it was destined for demolition, we saved and enhanced the home.  This project is complete at 812 E. 27th Street and can be seen on our past projects page.

In 2006 we relocated to New Braunfels Texas and found a number of neglected homes in the historic districts that had the potential to be restored to their original beauty.  Most of these homes are approaching 100 years old and we are renovating to keep them alive for 100 plus more.  Renovations include adding new amenities to the old homes and expanding the living spaces to incorporate old and new materials in effort to maintain their charm.  Where we find raw land we are building new homes to match the surrounding neighborhood. 

We have found that our projects are attracting families that want the feel of an old home and the convienances of living in a new one.
